By downloading or using Aspirant Arcade (the “app”) or our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Aspirant Arcade is a free exam-preparation app offering gamified practice, AI-generated questions, revision notes, and interview practice for PSU and CBSE/NCERT exams. It is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of HPCL, BHEL, ONGC, NTPC, CBSE, NCERT, or any examination body.

3. AI-generated content

Questions, notes, and interview feedback may be generated by AI (Google Gemini) and can contain errors or inaccuracies. They are provided for practice only and are not a substitute for official syllabi, textbooks, or guidance. Verify important information independently.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and not to disrupt or abuse the service.
• You are responsible for your own Google Gemini API key and any usage under it.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

5. No warranty & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content or exam outcomes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes & termination

We may update the app or these terms at any time. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
