JEE Main

Joint Entrance Exam — Mains (NTA)

JEE Main is the gateway to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. It is also the qualifying exam for JEE Advanced (IITs). The paper tests Class 11–12 PCM at application level — not rote memorisation, but concept understanding and numerical problem solving.

JEE Advanced

Joint Entrance Exam — Advanced (IIT)

JEE Advanced is conducted by the IITs for admission to B.Tech programs at all 23 IITs. It is widely regarded as one of the toughest undergraduate entrance exams in the world. The exam tests deep conceptual understanding, multi-step problem solving and precision thinking — formulae alone will not suffice.

NEET

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NTA)

NEET is the single entrance exam for all MBBS and BDS admissions in India — government and private colleges. It is strictly NCERT-based and rewards students who read their textbooks carefully over those who rely only on coaching notes. Biology carries 50% of total marks.

CUET

Common University Entrance Test (NTA)

CUET is the common entrance test for undergraduate admissions to all central universities — Delhi University, JNU, BHU, AMU and 200+ participating universities. Students pick their relevant domain subjects based on the UG program they are applying for. CUET has no negative marking and is strictly Class 12 NCERT-based.

BITSAT

BITS Admission Test (BITS Pilani)

BITSAT is the entrance exam for BITS Pilani campuses (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad). It is a fully online, adaptive test where the difficulty adjusts to your performance. The exam includes English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning in addition to PCM — these sections are often under-prepared but are guaranteed easy marks.
